How the queue works

When the sale opens you are given a position in line. Refreshing does not improve it, and arriving a second earlier does not either — everyone who arrives in the same moment is ordered at random.

Your place is held in this browser. You can close the tab, lock your phone, or lose signal, and it will still be there when you come back.

The estimate you see is our honest reading of how fast the queue is moving. It will never grow on screen — if we get it wrong, we would rather be early than late.

Sometimes the queue pauses for a minute to keep everything stable. That is normal, it is not an error, and your place is safe throughout.

You get ten minutes to choose seats and eight minutes to hold them once you have. If you need longer, we offer more time before the clock runs out — not after.

The fastest route is to let us pick the best seats available for you. It is one tap, and it almost never collides with someone else choosing at the same moment.

Most people in this queue will not get a ticket. If that happens to you we will say so plainly, and offer the waitlist with its real odds rather than a vague hope.

Returned tickets are offered to one person at a time by private link, never announced to everybody at once.

We ask for it early so your tickets have somewhere to go, but we send nothing until you have actually bought something.

It is a delivery address, not a password. You can change it at any point before you pay.
