Ticket terms

One ticket admits one person, once. Every attendee needs their own QR code, and a code that has already been scanned will not open a turnstile a second time.

Up to four tickets may be bought per person, counted against the payment method used.

Tickets may not be resold above face value. Codes found listed for resale are revoked, and the buyer of a revoked code will not be admitted.

If you can no longer attend, transfer the ticket through your order instead — the original codes are cancelled and fresh ones issued to the recipient.

A match that is cancelled and not replayed is refunded in full, to the method you paid with. A postponed match is honoured on the rescheduled date.

Outside those cases, refunds follow the policy shown on the match before you pay.

Entry conditions — gate times, bag rules and identification — are listed on each match page and form part of these terms.

The federation may refuse entry where an attendee poses a risk to others, in line with published ground regulations.
