Privacy
We collect as little as the sale allows, and we say plainly what each piece is for.
What we hold
Your email address, so tickets have somewhere to go. Your order and the seats on it. A token in your browser that holds your place in the queue.
We do not ask for a name, a phone number or an account to buy a ticket.
What we never do
We do not email you before you have bought something, and we do not sell or rent your address to anyone.
Card details never reach us — payment happens on your provider's own page.
How long we keep it
If you queued but did not buy, your email is deleted after ninety days unless you asked to hear about future matches.
Order records are kept as long as the law requires for a completed sale, and no longer.
